After-Sales Service for E-MINI Cases(update)

Dear users,

1. Mini cases:

 

3 months replacement, 12 months warranty, in the guarantee period, maintenance service fee will be free. Specifically as follows:

 

3 months Replacement:In one year since the date customers purchase , under normal operation, if the products have quality problem, customers enjoy free the after-sales service of replacement. Guarantee period of the new product after replacement is subject to the original products. The product of user erroneous judgement, (That is the user thought the case itself has problems, but actually it doesn’t have quality problem after our test ), does not enjoy the service of one year replacement, and will be returned to user.

 

12 months Warranty: Under normal operation and maintain in the guarantee period, the user enjoys free the replacement or maintenance after our after-sales service department confirms that the problem is from the case itself.

 

2. Power supplies:

 

One year replacement: in one year since the date customer purchased, under normal operation, if the PSU have quality problem, customer enjoy free the after-sales service of replacement. Guarantee period of the new product after change is subject to the original products. The product of user erroneous judgement, (That is the user thought the PSU itself has problems, but actually it doesn’t have quality problem after our test ), does not enjoy the service of one year replacement, and will be returned to user.

 

Three-year warranty, under normal operation and maintain in the guarantee period, the user enjoys free the replacement or maintenance after our after-sales service department confirms that the problem is from the PSU itself.

Note: In the guarantee period, the maintenance service charge is free.

 

 3. Spare parts

 

  A. Spare parts for mini cases: We provide 1% extra assessories, such as front panel,  screw bag, box.

 

  B. Spare parts for power supplies: We provide 0.3% extra assesories, such as adapter, DC module, switch power


 

The following products are not in the Three-Warranty Service:

 

1. Products the user misjudged

2. Products of overdue Warranty period

3. Products unauthorized altering original serial number or without valid receipt

4. Products damaged by human error (without permission the user dismount, install, repair, etc.)

5. Products damaged by Force Majeure

6. Products damaged by improper transportation, operation and storage. (Including visual deformation, scuffing)

7. Products whose surface are worn or scratch under normal operation

8. Products of damage or failures caused by Software or virus.

 

4. Realan motherboard after-sale service notice

 

Dear customers, thank you very much for your support and care for e.mini products and also your choice and purchasing of our products. In the using process, if you have any technological problems, pls refer to 400-7005-988 customer service hotline. To provide you more satisfying after-sale service, according to the country QC regulations, we sincerely promise: as long as you purchase our products legally, you can enjoy the service of: three months exchange guaranteed three year maintenance.

 

1. Service Promise

1) Three months exchange
Any quality problem under normal using within 3 months is qualified for exchange or maintenance
2) Three months maintenance
Any quality problem under normal using within 4-12 months is qualified for maintenance for free. Within 13-36 months, we charge just the repairing cost
3) During the maintenance for free period, if the original product is stopped manufacturing or any other irresistible reasons, we provide same level products for change
4) After exchange or repair, the service date will still be calculated from the purchasing date

 

2. Below situations are not included in the after-sale service

1) Exceed the service time
2) Quality insurance sticker is tore down, or vague
3) Manual damage that isn’t according to the instruction
4) Unauthorized taking apart, repair or trying to repair, showing as: ( accessories, plugs, boards etc. Lacking or broken)
5) No effective after-sale service certificate
6) The model number on the certificate doesn’t match the real one
7) Damage caused by accident, misuse or irresistible reasons, showing as: (scratches, electronic components missing, pcb board deformation etc.)
8) Damage caused by transportation, misuse, improper storage (like erosion, physical damage)

 

3. Repair Notice

1) We assure the return within 15 working days dated from the receiving (doesn’t include the delivery time and weekends)
2) We provide charging service for the goods that are not in the range of quality insurance
3) For the distributors, when sending the goods for exchange or repair, please package them in different ways. For long distance, the honeycomb packing is needed. And the customer should write the detailed problem for each product, and pack it in a static bag with a detailed list of the package. And also please track the delivery and update us the information till we receiving and checking. If no tracking, any missing or delay would not be on us. Any damage cost will be the customers to blame

Note: About the products out of the quality guarantee, we will provide paid service to users. Charging standards are subject to the material costs of the repairable products.
